2 Finger Grippers
OnRobot grippers are an out of the box, customized solution designed for collaborative robots and can be used in a wide range of applications. Fast deployment minimizes engineering hours. Gripper fingertips can be easily customized to fit product shape.
3 Finger Grippers
Flexible, large-stroke 3-finger gripper with payload up to 15kg. Optimizes CNC lathe-tending for multiple part sizes and 3 contact points makes these grippers fast and easy to redeploy for multiple processes. Strong, stable grip with precise placement.
Soft Gripper
The OnRobot Soft Gripper is able to pick a wide array of irregular shapes and delicate items, making it ideal for pick-and-place applications in food and beverage production. Offers seamless integration with any robot brand. Operates without an external air supply and with none of the dust or noise found in other traditional vacuum grippers.
Palletizing Gripper
The 2FGP20 is a unique palletizing gripper designed for gripping open and heavy boxes, shelf-ready products and containers that can’t be gripped with vacuum. An integrated vacuum gripper places slip sheets without changing the gripper or requiring another handling method.
VGP20 Vacuum Gripper
VGP20 is the world’s most powerful electric vacuum gripper. It is ideal for quickly and cost-effectively automating the palletizing of cardboard boxes, as well as handling bulky, porous, and irregularly shaped objects. Offers payloads up to 20kg and everything needed for fast, easy deployment with any leading robot.
Vacuum Grippers
OnRobot's VG10 and VGC10 are electric vacuum grippers that can lift objects up to 15kg (35 lbs). They are dual suction grippers, which allow you to activate the right and left sides of the vacuum gripper to perform different tasks independent of each other. The VGC10 is compact and smaller than the VG10 and can fit into tight environments.
OnRobot Screwdriver
The OnRobot Screwdriver and available screw feeders handle a wide range of screw sizes from M1.6 to M6 and up to 50mm long. It's an out of the box solution with fast changeover and a wide range of screw sizes and lengths.
OnRobot Sander
Onrobot's electric random orbital sanding tool for collaborative robots is a plug and play sander that includes everything you need to get started. Operates without external air supply, eliminating the dust or noise found in traditional air sanders.
Gecko SP Gripper
Gecko Single Pad Gripper is compact, lightweight and requires no cables, electricity, air, or programming. Cost-effective, plug-and-play adhesive gripper for flat, smooth, or perforated objects. Gecko SP is available in three payloads: 1KG, 3KG, and 5KG.
OnRobot Eyes
The OnRobot Eyes makes it easy to sort, pick and place unstructured applications using any robot arm. Eyes can be mounted on the robot wrist or externally, with position adjustments to adapt to your application. Integrates seamlessly with the robot interface and gripper through the OnRobot Quick Changer. Pre-integrated software is easy to install and program - even employees with no technical background can set it up.
Hex Torque Sensor
OnRobot 6-axis force torque sensors provide accurate force and torque measurements along all 6 axes giving you precise control for difficult assembly, polishing, sanding or deburring jobs. The HEX software includes path recording, force control and special features for insertion tasks, which reduced integration time for your production line. Designed to fit most of the current industrial robot arms.
Quick Changer
OnRobot Quick Changer and Dual Quick Changer enable easy and fast tool changing with a 20kg payload. Ideal for all collaborative robot applications. Enables operators to change end-of-arm tools within 5 seconds. The Dual Quick Changer enables you to equip your robot with two end-of-arm tooling (EoAT) attachments simultaneously, improving productivity by more than 50%.
