Collaborative Robots - TM Series
The TM Cobot Series are safer, simpler to program, and easier to integrate with other equipment. Whether you’re working in automotive, semiconductors, plastics, machine tools, or food and medical packaging, the TM Series can adapt to any industry, helping you to become more productive and competitive.
The TM Series has a collaborative robot arm for virtually any cobot task. Payloads range from 4kg to 14kg and 700mm to 1300mm reach.
What makes TM robots different? They are the only cobot on the market with a built-in vision system. This allows users to set up vision tasks for immediate deployment without going through the hassle of spec’ing and integrating external cameras, lighting equipment, or software.

The LD Mobile Robot is a self navigating Autonomous Intelligent Vehicle (AIV) designed for moving material in challenging environments such as confined passageways. Unlike traditional AIVs, Omron Mobile Robot requires no facility modifications, which saves users up to 15% in deployment costs.
SCARA Robots
i4L SCARA Robots
Omron’s i4L Series is a compact SCARA robot that offers strong performance, a flexible design that makes it simple to install and easy to use features that help maximize productivity. It features high inertia and high duty ratings which are uncommon to lighter duty SCARA robots. And it’s able to perform challenging processes with ease and without fear of unexpected faults. Programmed with Omron’s renowned “Automation Control Environment” software package (ACE), i4L users can enjoy a powerful yet easy to use suite of programming tools.
Cobra SCARA Robots
Omron’s Cobra Series is a high-performance SCARA robot system for mechanical assembly, material handling, packaging, machine tending, screw driving, and other applications that require fast and precise automation.
Cobra robots deliver performance unmatched in the industry with the included SmartController™ motion controller. High-resolution, absolute encoders give you high accuracy, superior slow-speed following, and easy calibration. The Omron Adept Viper six-axis robots offers speed and precision making them ideal for operations requiring fast and precise automation. It is a high-performance articulated robot designed for assembly, material handling, packaging, machine tending, and many other operations requiring speed and accuracy. They are available in a 650mm or 850mm reach. Main features:
- Rapid deployment using familiar ladder logic programming languages of existing PLC (IEC 61131-3)
- Diagnostics display enables faster trouble shooting
- Ethernet TCP/IP capability to control the robot through a PC, PLC, or robot controller
