This entry-level position focuses on learning standard work practices, following detailed instructions, and supporting senior technicians to ensure assemblies are built safely, accurately, and on time. Key responsibilities include ability to read, understand, and utilize engineering, electrical, and manufacturing documents including bills of materials, assembly drawings, assembly instructions, schematics, and wiring diagrams with limited supervision.

This position leads MSI TEC’s quality management system and quality assurance processes by overseeing ISO 9001:2015 compliance, management review activities, internal and external audits, non-conformance and corrective action processes, quality training, customer compliance documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
