New Models Added to Yaskawa Motoman’s Paint Robot Line

New robot models have been added to Yaskawa Motoman’s paint robot line.

Ideal for painting smaller components, the compact MPX1400 has a 5 kg payload, and it is well-suited for a variety of spray guns and small bells. For automotive body and components and other industrial coating applications, the MPX3500 is a perfect choice. It easily handles painting contoured parts such as interior/exterior surfaces and is available in left or right arm configurations. The MHP45L streamlines automated paint line layouts by eliminating the need for dedicated part transfer equipment. This model enables the transfer of large workpieces like automotive bodies and components, and it is also offered in left or right arm configurations.

The MPX1400, MPX3500 and MHP45L robot and the DX200-FM controller are Factory Mutual (FM) approved for use in Class I, Division 1 hazardous environments.
