The Quality Control Technician ensures all MSI TEC products meet high-quality standards from start to finish. This person inspects incoming parts, checks products during assembly, and performs final tests before shipment. They maintain accurate quality records, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with production and engineering teams to keep processes compliant with ISO 9001 and electrical standards (NFPA 70, NFPA 79, UL508A).

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect materials, parts, and finished products for quality and consistency.
Identify and document defects or nonconforming items. - Conduct in-process and final product inspections using precision tools
- Serve as an additional quality checkpoint for compliance with national electrical and safety standards.
- Record inspection/test data and documentation in the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Work with Production and Engineering to resolve quality issues.
- Suggest process improvements and maintain proper documentation.
- Assist in final packaging of product prior to transferring to the Shipping team.
- Good color and visual acuity for inspection work
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Range: $30-$33, non-exempt, depending on experience, skills, and certifications.
