MSI TEC, INC. REPAIR POLICY:

  1. An RMA# must be obtained prior to returning any products. Products returned without an RMA# will be returned to the sender listed on the shipping label.
  2. MSI TEC, Inc. requires a Purchase Order for traceability and potential repair fees. Note: the RMA request cannot be submitted without a PO#. Credit cards are an accepted payment method, but a PO must be referenced.
  3. An RMA# is valid for 30 days from the date it was generated. If the product is not received within that time period, a new RMA request will need to be submitted.
  4. MSI TEC, Inc. does NOT accept any debits for repairs.
  5. Distribution products are returned to the manufacturer for evaluation and repair. Evaluation and Repair charges are determined by the manufacturer’s warranty and terms, which vary.
  6. MSI TEC, Inc. warranties labor for its custom products for one year from the date of original shipment. Hardware and distribution products within the custom product fall under the manufacturer’s warranty, which vary.
  7. MSI TEC, Inc. charges an evaluation fee of $125 per custom system that is out of warranty and/or void of warranty. This evaluation fee covers up to two hours of labor or material and labor until the value is depleted. If the repair requires more time or material than is covered by the evaluation fee, the extra cost will be communicated to the customer for approval prior to any additional work being completed.
  8. Any product returned to MSI TEC, Inc. for evaluation and/or repair that is awaiting customer communication for more than 60 days will either be discarded or returned to the customer at MSI TEC, Inc.’s sole discretion.

MSI TEC, INC. RETURN POLICY:

  2. Acceptance of any product returned for credit is at the sole discretion of MSI TEC, Inc. This is determined by the manufacturer’s warranty and the condition of the product.
  3. All products returned for credit must be in new condition and returned in original packaging with all accessories. Items and packaging should not contain any writing or labels different from the condition the customer received it. Credit will not be issued for items returned that violate this rule and product will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
  4. MSI TEC, Inc. reserves the right to charge a restocking fee for any products returned for credit. Restocking fees vary based on the manufacturer and could be as high as 50%.
  5. MSI TEC, Inc. does NOT accept any debits for returns.
  6. An RMA# is valid for 30 days from the date it was generated. If the product is not received within that time period, a new RMA request will need to be submitted.
  7. This form will be submitted to the RMA department and a confirmation of receipt will be emailed back to the requester within 1 business day. Please allow 3 business days to receive the RMA# and shipping instructions. Please contact us with questions.
